In case your inquiry results as a potential threat (Result: Spam with confidence level >50%), please follow the below guideline:

1. Go to KNOX Portal in http://w1.samsung.net and log in;

2. Select the email you are suspecting as a threat;

3. Click on the three horizontal dots that appear in the ribbon after you selected the mail;

4. Click on “Block Spam Mail”;

5. Click on “Block a sender after deleting mail” and “Report spam”;

6. Click “Save”.
